Not loving what you’ve ordered?
After an exchange or refund? No stress.
You've got 14 days to change your mind for an exchange or refund on full price items.
Products must be unworn and tags still attached. Sale items are able to exchanged, but unable to be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
To start a return please email us at email@example.com and we'll give you our return shipping address.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind. This includes flash sales and promotions. Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Note: 'Final Sale' items are ineligible for refund or exchange.
We happily exchange items for different sizes or prints, provided it is available.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com to get started.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
